Office of Equal Opportunity Programs
Government regulations mandate that posters that provide information on certain federal and state employment laws be on display where large numbers of employees tend to congregate. Failure to post up to date notices can result in substantial fines. The Office of Equal Opportunity Programs (OEOP) helps ensure that these posters regarding Penn equal educational and employment policies are current. If you need posters or information regarding current regulatory requirements, please contact the OEOP at (215) 898-6993, or email us at oeop@pobox.upenn.edu.
